A short presentation made on May 7, 2020 during an event from EIRMA (european industrial research management association) which gathers R&D managers in the industry.
The objective was to suggest them a systemic methodology to negotiate with all their internal and external stakeholders on how to overcome the crisis that particularly threatens this sector in times of budget cuts.
