The Club of Rome EU-Chapter (CoR-EU) is an independent non-profit association, registered under Belgian law, affiliated with the Club of Rome International. As a Brussels-based think tank we promote and underpin transitions towards more peaceful and sustainable societies that respect planetary limits.

Our mission is to act as a catalyst for reflection on sustainable development in Europe. To achieve this, we support building bridges between the institutions of the European Union, EU Member States and subnational governments, stakeholders and EU citizens.

On 2nd June 2026, The Club of Rome EU Chapter held a very positive Annual General Meeting, which was followed by an inspiring keynote speech by Luc Bas, Director of the Belgian Cerac - Climate Risk Assessment Center. Luc informed us about the results of the Belgian Climate Risk Assessment (BCRA), which describes the 28 main risks related to climate change and to ecosystems degradation in Belgium.
